Reservation Terms
Reservation Deposit:
- A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve a kitten. This deposit will be applied towards the total purchase price.
- The deposit must be paid at the time of reservation to secure the kitten.
- You can also check out through our store to pay the deposit.
Payment Methods:
- Deposits can be made via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or cash. Personal checks are not accepted.
Reservation Confirmation:
- Upon receiving the deposit, Coon Tails Cattery will provide a receipt and confirmation of the reservation.
- The Buyer will receive updates on the kitten’s health and development until the pickup or delivery date.
Balance Payment:
- The remaining balance is due upon pickup or delivery of the kitten.
- Final payments can be made via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or cash.
Cancellation Policy:
- If the Buyer cancels the reservation, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied towards a future kitten.
- If we are unable to provide the reserved kitten due to unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be refunded in full.
Pickup/Delivery:
- The Buyer agrees to pick up or arrange delivery of the kitten with Coon Tails Cattery.
- If the Buyer fails to pick up the kitten by the agreed date without prior arrangement, the reservation may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.
