  1. Deposits:

    • All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are required to reserve a kitten and are transferable to future litters if necessary.
  2. Health Guarantee:

    • We provide a health guarantee for all our kittens. If a kitten is found to have a serious health issue diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within [specific time frame, e.g., 72 hours] of purchase, we will offer a replacement kitten from a future litter or a full refund of the purchase price, excluding the deposit.
    • The health guarantee does not cover minor health issues such as colds, parasites, or other treatable conditions.
  3. Return Policy:

    • If you are unable to keep your kitten for any reason, we will accept the return of the kitten. However, no refund will be provided. We will work to rehome the kitten to a suitable family.
  4. Cancellation:

    • If you need to cancel your reservation before picking up your kitten, please notify us as soon as possible. While the deposit is non-refundable, it can be transferred to a future litter.
  5. Transportation:

    • We do not offer refunds for transportation costs. Families are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of transporting their kitten home.
  6. Change of Mind:

    • We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after purchasing a kitten. Please ensure you are fully committed to adding a new member to your family before making a purchase.
  7. Exceptions:

    • Any exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of Coon Tails Cattery.
